Housekeeping Services

Due to COVID 19 safety considerations and the province wide worker shortage, we have made the following changes to our Housekeeping Services.

  • If your stay is three days or less, there will be no housekeeping services for your room

 

  • If your stay is longer than three days, housekeeping will service your room on Day Three and then every three days for the remainder of your stay; on Day Three, we will change your sheets and towels, vacuum, dust, remove garbage, clean the bathroom, replenish your amenities and coffee supplies

 

  • Should you require fresh towels, coffee, toilet tissue or any of our other amenities on the days when no housekeeping is provided, please visit our office during office hours (7:30 a.m. – 10:30 p.m.) and we’ll be happy to help with whatever you need

 

  • On days when your room is not due to receive housekeeping services, housekeeping staff will take away your tied garbage bags if placed on the walkway outside your room before 11 a.m.

An Ocean View from Every Room

Oceanfront Rooms

Our oceanfront rooms directly overlook Discovery Passage. With no highway between the motel and the ocean, enjoy the unobstructed, spectacular ocean view from your private balcony or your ground floor patio.

Room Types

Choose from four different types of rooms: one Queen bed, two Queen beds, one Queen bed with kitchenette and two Queen beds with kitchenette.

Use our private beach access to get a close-up experience with the wide array of marine birds and animals that live in the waters and on the shores of Discovery Passage. See cruise ships sail by, lighting up the night sky. Sailboats, tugs and other seafaring vessels are a regular sight, too.

Pet Friendly Rooms

At the Passage View, we know that the furry members of your family like to go on vacation, too. We have five dedicated pet rooms, all with easy access to the back lawn.

Choose from four different types of pet rooms: one Queen bed, two Queen beds, one Queen bed with kitchenette and two Queen beds with kitchenette.

ALL DISCOUNTED AND SPECIAL RATES WILL BE CALCULATED MANUALLY ONCE YOUR RESERVATION IS RECEIVED.

Reserving a Room

We have a secure Two Part Reservation System.

Part 1

 

 

Please scroll down to choose your room from our different room styles. Fill out the booking form for your room. You will receive a Pending: Passage View Motel Reservation Confirmation email with your reservation number.

After completing your Room Booking form, please scroll back up and fill out the secure Credit Card Information form. (Part 2)

If you are reserving more than one room or reserving multiple dates, you will only need to submit the credit card information form once. We will match your reservation with your credit card information through your email address.

Part 2

 

Please fill out the secure Credit Card Information form and press the Submit button. You will receive a 2nd email, confirming that we have received your credit card information and that your reservation has been confirmed.

We do not process any payment on your credit card until you check in.

 

We accept VISA, Mastercard and Amex.

We do not honour reservations made with debit cards.

If you are reserving more than one room or for multiple dates, only submit your credit card information form once. We will match your reservation with your credit card information with your email address.

CREDIT CARD INFORMATION FORM

Checking In

&

the Incidental Deposit

At check-in, you will need to produce one piece of Government Issued Photo Identification and a major credit card in your name.

We accept VISA, Mastercard and American Express.

During check-in, we will pre-authorize your room fees on your credit card, as well as a $100 Incidental Deposit.

At check-out, if there are no damages or smoking effects to your room, we will 'Force' through your payment and release the $100 incidental deposit.  At that time, the motel has released the deposit. It takes approximately 5-7 business days for your bank to release the hold.

Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy requires 24 hours' notice of cancellation.

If we do not receive 24 hours' notice of cancellation, we will process one night's room fees on your card.
